Hanes

The most recently published version of Hanes' brand book I could find was published in 2012. Their design principles are as follows:

Comfortable, relaxed
Attractive, confident
Timeless, Classic
Everyday

I can't call a specific title up right now, but I know i've heard songs reference Hanes synonymous with casual or basic. Their brand photography involves people in especially everyday situations, with glistening white teeth. As well as their current logo, they have an approved throwback logo for appropriate settings, which seems necessary for a 114 year old company. The brand voice statement points out that they never want to talk down to customers, but to simply write the way people talk. The 2 examples of commercials listed in the guidelines are 1) Michael Jordan's campaign, who while being a superstar, is a household name in a way that makes him an attainable everyman, and 2) the campaign involving the dad making paste on socks for his kid with confidence. Hanes is the Modern Family of current clothing but specifically "basics" marketing.

The guidelines can be found here. I can't find an accreditation for the brand.
